Women of India wears a Silk saree (Pattu) in wedding and in temple functions. Silk saree's are made up of minimal amount of gold and silver . So Silk saree's has a power to extract cosmic energy as positive vibes.

The Married women used to Apply Sendhuram or Sindhoor in the upper middle forehead where pitutary glands are located.Sendhuram or Sindhoor is a mixture of Tumeric, Limestone and Mercury. It helps the body to reduce Blood Pressure and Increases Sexual Drive. So widows were not allowed to apply it.

Womens used to wear Bangles and Anklets . In Traditional methods the bangles and Anklets are made up of Gold and Silver. These Gold and silver has a power to absorbs energy and gives to body. The sound of bangles and anklets has a power to reduce negative vibes around the surroundings. As we now the bones of women were weaker than Men. So Bangles and Anklets helps to circulate the blood faster to Hand and makes it strong.
