Do honey bees have free will ?

There no sick days for honey bees. A hexagonal shape of a honeycomb cell is the most optimal shape for the beehive. Honey bee have a sweet tooth  they are happier after eating a sweet treat Honey Bees have a soul dancer they communicate through dance.

 Only female bees can sting. Male honey bees are kicked out of the hive when they cannot mate. Honey attack smells like bananas. Bees go through four stage of development. Bees have a tendency to collect toxic chemical. Honey bees can recognize humans faces. The queen can select the sex of their larvae. Honey bees are just like us  they love caffeine. A single honey bee produces only 1/2 of a teaspoon of honey during its life time. Honey bees can detect explosives. Approximately 80% of insect crop pollination is done by Honey bees. Pollen affects honey bee's productivity and development of the whole colony.

When a honey bee dies it releases a special chemical. Its a death pheromone that has a characteristic odor signaling its fellow bees to remove it from the hive. The death pheromone is oleic acid. What happens if a perfectly healthy bee is dabbed with a drop of oleic acid? The no matter how harder it might be its carried kicking and screaming out of the hive my oblivious pallbearers.

Dead Bee

 Do the bees undersatand the danger of infection from corpses decomposing in the hive ? Are they aware of the connection between death and oleic acid ? Do they have any idea what death is ? In the ten of millions of years of collective bee experience there's never been a way that a bee could give off oleic acid other than by dying. So for bees there's no ambiguity here. Scent of oleic acid always means dead bee. 

Hive

There's been no reason for evolution to develop a greater sense of nuance about it. Elaborate contemplative machinery is unnecessary to assess the situation. Bee perceptions are adequate for bee needs.
